About WhatsTheScore
A fast, independent live hub for the World Cup 2026WhatsTheScore is a fast, independent live-score hub built for the World Cup 2026 in the USA, Canada and Mexico — the first edition with 48 nations. We focus on one thing and do it well: getting you the score the moment it changes, on a clean page that loads instantly and stays out of the way.
What you'll find here
The live scores page is the heart of the site: every match playing right now sit up top, with today's full schedule below when nothing is live. Goals appear almost instantly, so you won't hear the score from your neighbour before you see it here.
Follow the group stage on the group standings page, where all 12 groups update automatically — including who has qualified and the eight best third-placed teams fighting for a spot. Once the group games are done, the knockout bracket maps out the road to the final, from the round of 32 through the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and the title decider.
Every fixture has its own match page with a live ticker, statistics and line-ups, and each of the 48 teams has a squad page so you can check the players behind the results.
Live scores that actually feel live
Matches refresh on their own — group tables, the bracket and individual games all update in the background while you watch. Scores and tables update automatically — no need to refresh.
Independent and unofficial
This is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official World Cup organiser or governing body. It exists because checking the score should be quick, calm and clutter-free.
